When saturday comes

The business time of the week has come around again and for the first time for a while we have a busy three o'clock fixture schedule. Recent cup matches and TV demands have left a very hollow premier league schedule on a Saturday afternoon.

Everton V Fulham

The hosts bounced back after their recent poor performance at Wembley to snatch a unlikely looking point at Old Trafford. This weekend they host Fulham, Everton boast a fine recent home record of six wins in their last eight home matches. All of these wins they have also kept a clean sheet so will be strong favourites against a Fulham team that often struggled on the road. Fulham have lost five of their last seven on the road.

TIPS

Everton to win @1.89
Cover 2-1 , 1-1 ,1-2 correct scores with the view to trading in play.

Stoke V Arsenal

Arsenal travel to the Britannia or otherwise known as the graveyard of top four teams. The last three meetings in the fixture have finished either 3-1 or 1-3. Stoke's home form has improved recently after a real slump by the high standards they set themselves. Three wins out of the last four mean they go into the match with confidence. Arsenal have slumped in their last few matches and some have questioned their desire now champions league football has been virtually secured. The question will be if the Arsenal team have the fight to get a result here or if we get another poor display like at Loftus road.

TIPS

Over 2.5 goals @2.08

Sunderland V Bolton

Sunderland have been in very inconsistent recently and this weekend come up against a Bolton coming off a vital away win and fighting for survival. The hosts have won only four of their last eight at home and their last two matches have been 0-0. The visitors have not drawn a away match this season and over 70% of their away matches have seen over two goals.

TIPS

Lay the draw @3.60

Swansea V Wolverhampton

After confirming their relegation last week Wolves travel to play the graceful swans. Swansea have suffered a recent dip in form but appeared to have bounced back against Blackburn in their last home match. Wolves away form has been poor but is still remarkable better than their home record this season. But most of their matches have seen goals and travelling to south Wales will definitely be a task.

Lay 0-0 half time score @3.85

West Brom V Aston Villa

Aston Villa have been dragged deeply into a relegation fight over the last few weeks and probably the last thing Big Eck would now want is a local derby against a West Brom coming off a win at Anfield. Aston Villa have been hindered by injuries to key players and also not assisted by a poor relationship between the manager and fans. West Brom have been far from brillant at home but can now boast four wins in their last five at home. Aston Villa are without a win away in their last seven matches. This matches offers little in value but I will offer one outside tip

TIPS

West Brom Clean sheet @3.10

Wigan V Newcastle

Two of the recent form sides clash at the DW Stadium, Wigan are producing the usual last minute bid for safety if slightly earlier than usual this season and Newcastle seem to be the team in the premier league will real momentum going into the last few matches.  Newcastle's away form has not be brilliant this season but they have now won their last two on the road.  The same also applies to Wigan who have been nothing but poor at home all year but also won their last two at home.

TIPS

Over 2.5 goals @ 1.98

Here's to hopefully a entertaining Saturday of football and lets hope it is profitable !!
